- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst experience ever. I now remember why i dont go to condell or their affiliates. I went in after throwing for 5hrs. As soon as i got in i needed a bathroom because i was gonna be sick. The person with me gave them my insurance and drivers license. Told him she had to so she wouldnt loose her job. They took me to the exam room and the nurse stood there waiting for them to enter my information so she could start taking my vitals. After a few minutes she was starting to take them and another lady came in and said they cant do anything thing else until they get my initals and signature. I was completely out of it and asked her can i sign when im done and she said no if i didnt sign now they couldnt treat me. This was the worst experience i have ever had. I left there and went to lake forest in grayslake. I would highly recommend LAKE FOREST HOSPITAL to anyone.August 27, 2017by ashley cichy
